Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days from the purchase date for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase. Some exclusions apply.*

• Returns requested after 30 days will incur a 15% restock fee.
• No returns after 90 days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to our error.
• Refunds will be issued as a store credit for later use unless otherwise requested by the customer.

If you need to return an item, please send us an email at frontdesk@dinakhader.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

*Food items (including but not limited to freezer, refrigerator, and shelf-stable), refrigerator probiotics, refrigerator supplements, chocolate items, opened products, expired products, products with outdated labeling, or products purchased elsewhere are ineligible for return or refund.
